Personal Development Online Meetup

If you find the journey of personal growth challenging at times and are looking for a space where you can learn how to support yourself and others, then join me on zoom on the last Friday of the month at 4pm U.K time. Once a month I will be hosting an online meet-up where we will come together to connect, discuss and practice tools and exercises that inspire, uplift and help you explore areas of personal development. This is focused in supporting you to move forward with your goals and visions.

This meetup is for 75mins. We’ll begin with a 30 mins open discussion on what has worked well for us throughout the month and what we found challenging. I will then offer some coaching tools, mindfulness, and visualisation exercises to help you set a new intent and goal for the coming month, gain clarity on the steps required and how to stay focused on the positive intention, moving towards achieving your goal.

The next meet-up is on the 27th October at 4pm U.K time and is open to anyone who is interested in personal growth, whether this is a topic you have a lot of experience with or you have just started to explore. We all have something valuable to share.

The cost of this event is £15 per person.
